RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at Info@HighPowerAirsoft.com


High Power Airsoft may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’, ‘unused’, and ‘salable’ condition within 7 days of purchase.  The determination of condition is at our sole discretion.  You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from High Power Airsoft via a RMA # to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance. In the event that High Power Airsoft approves the return you will be responsible for all shipping charges including the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non refundable. when returning items we recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing additional shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive any returned items with out delivery confirmation.

Our proprietary ingredients enhance the biodegradation of HighPowerAirsoft™ Enhanced Biodegradable BB in a 

biologically active landfill (appropriate facilities not available in all areas). An independent test that represent biologically active landfill effects on our products have  shown up to 25.6% adjusted biodegradation in 358days. Results may vary based on environmental conditions.
